Lesson Scheduling
All swim lessons are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. We ask that a parent or guardian be present for the entire duration of each session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. In cases of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Payments
Payments must be made prior to the start of each lesson or package. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Safety First
A clean and safe pool environment is required for all lessons. Instructors have the right to cancel or pause lessons if conditions are unsafe. All instructors are CPR certified and trained in infant/toddler swim safety.

Parental Supervision
A parent or legal guardian must be on-site during every lesson. For infants and toddlers, active participation from the parent may be requested during certain activities to support comfort and safety.

Health and Wellness
If your child is sick or showing symptoms of illness, we ask that you reschedule the lesson for everyone's safety. Instructors also reserve the right to reschedule if they are unwell.
